RM 210.00 (one room rental RM 420.00)

  • Rooms: bed, wardrobe, study table, chair, curtains, ceiling fan, lights.
  • Common area: refrigerator, table, ceiling fan, lights, 21" TV, washing machine.
  • Bathrooms: shower heater.
  • Internet access.
  • House cleaning service once per week -common area only.
